Can I do my own hiring or do you have to provide staff for me? You can search and recruit your own new hires, we can do it together, or we can provide search and recruitment services for you.
No. You cannot rehire existing employees; all Associates must be new hires. You can hire independent contractors who have not been your employees previously.
No. The minimum Associate team size is 11.

What if an Associate you provide doesn't work out? We will replace the Associate and ensure that position remains filled.
Yes. You may have Associates, in the same team, working in different locations.
