C2M has designed a process to build an integral relationship with Client candidates that will lead progressively and efficiently into a working partnership:

1st Step:

Let's get to know each other at our offices. The coffee and the first hour is on us. We'll be able to tell if your business is a viable candidate for the
EB-5 Funded Staffing Programâ„¢ that we offer.

2nd Step:

Engagement with C2M

3rd Step:

Application to the Program

4th Step: Funding

This kicks off the (min.) 2-year Staffing period and the first payment of 25 monthly consecutive credits toward your new Staffing program; each tranche of $500K is facilitated through a Staffing Services contract that provides a minimum 11 new hires (Associates) to your place of business. You direct and manage these Associates to assist in growing your business. C2M administers the overhead of payroll for the Associates and provides ongoing HR support.
